I did it... Somewhat. :| That woman killed me, my shoulders are still sore. No idea how to track it in my diary though.. I don't have one of those HRM thingo's, can't afford it. Tempted to not track it, only count extra exercise that I do on top of it like gym/walks & what not.

Measurements: Calves - 15. Thigh - 23. Hips - 41. Stomach - 38. Waist - 29. Bust - 35. Upper arm - 11. Hopefully my bust doesn't go down too much! :P

I ignore BMI's completely. They don't take anything into account, muscle mass being the main one. I'm in the middle of ''healthy'' for my height, but I'm carrying a lot of extra weight that I could do without. Frame size is ignored as well. Someone with a small frame at my height & weight would look a lot bigger than I do.…

I don't weight anything. Sounds bad, but most of what I eat has portion sizes written on the packets. Only a few things require measuring, like porridge or pasta/rice/spaghetti... I'm very pale, so pale that most foundation is orange on me haha. I've wanted to try tanning but when it comes to the bottled stuff, it makes me bright orange no matter what brand or how much I use. It's ridiculous. I'm tempted to try using sunbeds when I can afford to, ready for the summer. Fake tan just looks bad on me!

I'm the same! Have to have it ice cold before I even consider drinking it. Asda sell 2L bottles of water for 17p, it's what I buy & it's nicer than tap water! Just keep it in the fridge. Or you could try putting lemon in it, I've heard that adds a nicer flavour. :)

I've been doing this for 20 days & seen no improvements either. I think for some it happens easier, we're the unlucky ones. Just keep at it, it'll come off eventually. But of course, as I can't see your diary, you might not be eating enough, causing your body to hold onto every calorie you eat. I hope it kicks in soon…

^ If I do it every other day, then went to the gym on the break days, would that work? :) That way I'm not doing both on the same day as I would be if I did it my original way, might be a bit less of a strain hah.

Thank you for all the advice! :D I've moved my 'pounds to lose per week' thingo down from 2 pounds to 1. My calorie intake is up from 1,200 to 1,350. I don't eat my exercise calories very often, mostly because as of late I don't exercise very often! I'm fixing that, hence this thread, but even then I will probably eat 3…

I, thankfully, lost weight my weight fairly evenly. My bra size went down from falling out of a 34E to a comfortable, some times too big 32E. Where-as over all I dropped 2, nearly 3 dress sizes. I think it depends more on the person than anything else.

Thankyou for all the replies! :D I'm pretty sure I'll end up buying it, it seems so worth it. Hopefully I get through it, I know 20 pounds in one month is probably a high expectation, but at least it should get me more toned than what I am! :)

Starvation mode is BAD for you. Don't bother trying it. As soon as you start eating normally again, it's more than likely all the weight ill come back on, plus more. & pills don't do anything. I've heard that the only thing they do is make you have anal leakage if you eat too much fatty foods, such as Alli & diet pills…
