I'm on 1200 a day. I just eat healthy food and eat about 5 meals a day and I haven't had any problems. I have a pretty active job (I stand all day and have to handle 14 year old boys) and I work out and I feel great!

I also like Plant Fusion Vanilla Bean. I mix it with 1/2 a cup of almond milk and 1/2 a banana in the blender with a little ice and water to kill the flavor. It does not make good protein pancakes though.
