How's everyone doing? Getting towards the end of Alpha, I am definitely noticing a difference in stamina! Weight loss has slowed down, but I am still noticing a loss off my hips (although I wish my biceps and thighs stopped getting larger...)! I will say...Total Body Circuit is brutal!
