In for the challenge...100 miles in January...current status below: 2 Jan: Walked 8.72 miles 4 Jan: Walked 19.01 miles 5 Jan: Walked 5.41 miles 6 Jan: Walked 4.96 miles and Ran 3.65 miles 8 Jan: Walked 7.06 miles and Ran 3.67 miles 9 Jan: Walked 5.12 miles 10 Jan: Ran 3.67 miles Total so fare in January...61.25 miles!!!

Yep...2014! New goal for this year is to exercise "CONTROL"! Never have a problem getting in the exercise, but got to cut out the eating between meals. Especially the junk food! Let's do this!!!!
