Yea, I have already been really surprised by how quickly my body is adapting to running! I used to barely be able to run from one light post to another, but now I just keep pushing myself and am surprised by how easy it is becoming.

Thanks for the advice everyone! Just a few things...I am only running around 3 miles, every other day, and taking breaks to speed walk in between as I build up my endurance. I am going to be completely honest here...I went through a really bad breakup with someone who treated me terribly. He constantly put me down and made me feel bad about myself. Once I rid him from my life I got my confidence back and spent a lot of time in the gym! lol I am happy about my weight loss, but I am even happier…

You are supposed to do it everday. You do one program a day, beginning with level one. Since there are three levels, I would assume it would be safe to say to do each level for 10 days. IE: Do level one for 10 days, then move on to level 2 for the next 10 days, and so on.

I log it as 20 minutes of circuit training.

Yes, all you will need is the dumbells, but I actually used the wrist weights instead since I already had them. I just didn't strap them on, and just held them for the weights part.

There were a few times that I missed two or three reps, but I made sure I caught them up at the end before she moved on. I have done so many dvd's and stopped half way through, but I told myself I was not giving up this time!
