The only thing sugar does for me is make me crave more sugar, which leads to extra calories. If that's not an issue for you, then don't worry about it.

I limit my sodium intake, watch my calories, and stay away from processed foods as much as possible. Cardio some days. Weight training the other days. Yoga once a week for flexibility and to help build lean muscles. Plank, push ups, and dead lifts are great total body exercises.

I work out 7 days a week. I do plyometrics every other day. (Turbo Fire or similar) Strength training every other day. (Chalean Extreme, Gilad, or similar) Abs every day. (Tamilee Webb) Yoga once a week. (Shiva Rea) The day I do yoga is my resting day. Also, I walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.
