I know what you mean. I've been as low as 137 and felt miserable. Your body has a way of telling you what is ideal. Right now I weigh 167 and I feel heavy, so I'm trying to get back to my comfortable weight of 158 lbs, but I'm in my 50's so I'm not sure how realistic that is.

At 140 lbs. you will probably look quite skinny. I'm 5'11" and my lowest was 137 lbs, but I felt weak and tired all the time. My comfortable weight is 158 lbs. I'm 5'11" and the goal range for my height depending on bone structure is 135 lbs. to 176 lbs. depding on body frame. According to Weight Watchers at 6'0" a healthy range is between 138 lbs to 179 lbs depending on your body frame.
