  • Thanks @summerleigh76 and @jcraig10! I only ended up losing about 4 lb, but I lost 6-3/4 inches! Im going on vacation in 18 days (but who's counting) so Im going to either do another round of 21 Day Fix or do a combination of that and add in some Turbo Fire.

  • I do the workout first thing in the morning right when I get up. I know if I dont do it then I will find some excuse later in the day to not do it.   • Looking for some input: I have a cookout tomorrow and while I will do my best to watch my portions, I know I will cheat a little. Tomorrow's workout for me is Yoga Fix and I don't foresee burning a ton of calories so I was thinking of maybe doing an extra cardio workout. Thoughts?
  • Today was my first day on the fix. I just did total body cardio fix and my legs feel like jello! I did have to modify a few things and take a break here and there but I did it! Anyone else starting today? Add me as a friend and we can keep each other accountable!
  • I have done Turbo Fire in the past with great results. For me, it is the type of workout that if I really don't feel like exercising, I start and within 5 minutes I'm totally into it.   • Kristyann--There are Turbo Fire videos on YouTube now so you can check it out. The only problem is it doesnt have the "New To Class" option like the DVDs so it doesn't break down the moves. I have done TF in the past and had great results. I think Im going to start it again on Monday (03/23).
  • I agree...definitely don't start with 5 lb weights. I made that mistake in the beginning, but then would use them on certain exercises when I felt comfortable. It is definitely an effective workout for 25 minutes and I can honestly say I don't mind doing squats anymore.
  • I just did Day 1 of level 2 and I had to take a few breaks. I'm still sweating 15 minutes after finishing it. Definitely a lot harder than level 1!
