I know it's hard to get back at it. I think this site is very helpful. Having to record everything I eat and be accountable really helps get it in control. Did you use MFP while on vacation? Maybe just being back here will help.

I am still kind of trying to figure it out myself. I often will have half a serving of raw almonds (14 for 70 calories). These seem to help stop the stomach grumbles. Sugar snap peas are yummy, have a nice crunch, low calories and sweet. Mozzarella cheese sticks are handy too. Good luck!

I am right there with you girl! It's been a horrible weekend. Out of my element visiting friends who are amazing cooks and really love to eat (as much as I do) and it was just craziness! Cheesecake, brownies, ice cream, fudge, bacon, steak, tons o' cheese.... anyway, yup, feel like crap. But I have to say that I think all…

That is one of my problems too. The water helps, but more so, for me, is just trying to stay busy. It is hard, especially when my stomach starts grumbling. I figure once the weather gets nice I can just go for a walk around the block when I get the urge to snack, but until then... busy hands! (and water, and gum!)

Sometimes things just suck, don't they? They can't stay sucky though. Hang in there!

Good luck! I am new too, and so far it seems like it just could work!
