I'm a day late but I'm in. 1. Drink at least 12 cups of water daily. 2. Log all food and drinks daily. 3. At least 30 minutes of physical activity 3 days per week. 4. 20 minutes of prayer/devotion/bible reading daily. 5. Sleep at least 6 hours nightly.
