I definitely understand this... I do log everything, but when it's getting close to my calorie goal or *gasp* even over, I feel like if I just don't write it down, my eating it never actually happened. I have mine opened (I think) because I know I am a lot harder on myself than anyone else is.

Under Armour for bras North face for summer running pants(mec also has good stuff) Favourite is Arc'Teryx but its super expensive so I only get it when there's a crazy sale.

I find what works best for me, is to think about something (anything) else besides running. I look at the scenery, enjoy the cold breeze, debate over how long it will take my legs to freeze if I don't hurry up, etc. It's amazing how many little details and really cool things you will see outside that you would never notice…

I could be wrong - I just got my fitbit yesterday... But, I was reading that if you have calorie estimation turned on it may show your calorie burn as being higher than it should be for your lighter days (because it's guessing what your burn is based on previous days). I'm going to eat between 12-1300 calories/day, and really focus on my running (the amount of ice this year has made it really hard to keep on top of this).
