I second this. They have always been wonderful to deal with and definitely put a lot of effort into finding the problem before they sent me a new one. If it doesnt work then you could likely just return it since it's only been month.

I have to lose 50 - you're more than welcome to add me, as well. I started making huge salads (not very exciting I know), but I find I feel really full (and it takes me quite awhile to eat a big salad) on very few calories - just make sure most of the salad is lettuce, and you're not just adding more cheese, etc.

Less, but mostly because we don't eat out that much anymore. We also found a few ways to get better food for less money (eg. buying half an elk at wholesale prices - cheaper than beef, or any other meat besides pork and much leaner, etc)

Similarly, I have a friend whose husband is a surgeon. Apparently when fat women have c-sections they don't put nearly the same amount of effort into making the stitches (and subsequent scar) look good, as they do for thin women. Their reason was that a fat woman probably wouldn't wear a bikini anyway, so why bother.

The London marathon is done by lottery system - which closed in May 2016 and you would've found out by October. So I call bs.

I agree with everything you said - have some space for hikers only and some mixed use trails. I definitely agree with your comment about horses. They tear up the trail and leave poop everywhere. Not a fan. Interestingly enough, where I live, horses are allowed on trails and cyclists are not because apparently bikes somehow…

I have (apparently) very wide feet too, and I second what mrp56839 said about the Altras - they're the best, most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I personally like the zero drop and bought them partially for that as well, but you may not be a fan (and if you're going from a shoe with drop make sure you take it easy so…

That's amazing! Good job :)

Ridiculously enough, the items in my diet aren't all that bad. I actually eat pretty healthy in general. I just eat way too much. I'll try piling on the veggies for snacks and see how it goes.

I said I tried it. I also tried more calories.

I've tried both ways - prelogging and logging after. It doesn't seem to make any real difference. I will say prelogging makes me hesitate, but I still eat it. Maybe it's just a habit that I need to replace with something else

I guess I should rephrase. I'm frustrated with myself, and that I can't do the "easy part".

The skirt that I'm wearing at work is sliding down every time I walk. It's a good thing, but.... kind of wish I had back up clothing stashed in my locker. Or suspenders. Skirt suspenders. ;)

What is the best way to learn how to breath better so I can run longer than a minute straight without being winded? -Slow down. I know you think you're going really slow, but don't worry about what your pace is. You should be running slow enough that you can talk in complete sentences. What is the best way to increase my…

If I actually listen to if I'm hungry or not (not just eating out of habit, boredom, or for some other reason), then it does work for me. The problem is that I apparently don't really listen.

There are plenty of recipes that you can make in a crockpot (pretty much anything, really) - I recommend you just look around for recipes that you're interested in. Everything can be made in a pot on the stove, it's more that with a crockpot, you can leave your food cooking while you're out the of the house without…

I find it's it's always easier to get up at your usual time vs. earlier. When I changed my starting time at work to earlier it took a good week of feeling like a zombie and forcing myself out of bed to actually accept my new wake up time and feel normal. Always waking up in the dark is also harder, although I'm not sure…

I don't know if I really have a sugar substitute for you (unless cane sugar is ok), but you'll probably want something that has a little bit of a molasses-y flavour to it (or add a tiny bit of molasses?) You could also just reduce the sugar to half.

That's awesome! :)

"Tap" where you want to copy, but instead of actually tapping hold your finger down for a second. It'll come up with a selection and the option to copy or paste (and some others). Move your cursors to get the entire section you want to copy, hit copy and then when you want to paste hold your finger down again and choose…
