 Successes/struggles this week: I've been losing weight steadily for around the last 6 months, although looking at my progress chart it has been fluctuating wildly. However, over the last month I rapidly gained 3kg back, and decided I needed this challenge to kick me back into the right gear. Biggest struggle was that I actually gained weight the first 2 days, but by then kicking myself into a higher gear with both exercise and diet I managed to lose a decent amount the last few days of the week. Hoping I can continue to kick *kitten* and eat right!0

 Successes/struggles this week: Successes: Made kickboxing class 4 times this week and tried to get 10,000 steps in on the days I didn't go to class. Logged EVERYTHING and weighed and measured portions. Struggles: My DD left for Navy Boot Camp on Monday. Proud, but worried about her since I won't hear from her at all for couple of weeks. Sleep has been a bit of a struggle, too, which is weird considering all this heavy exercise, but I guess that's what worry will do. Going to work on "letting go" and having faith that all is well!

 Successes/struggles this week: Hasn't been a great week. I actually gained earlier, but managed to lose it before today. I'm having real issues with self control and sabotaging myself. I started eating a filling snack about 3:30pm so that I'm not starving by the time I get home and it seems to be better. The hard part is finding a filling snack that also doesn't use up all of my calories.

 Successes/struggles this week: I succeeded at staying in my calorie goal for sure. I lost a little more than intended at 1.6 lbs but hey, I'm not too concerned about that since it balances out the weeks where I lose less than I want. Part of what's helping me is breaking meals up into two-part meals (I.e. Eat half my breakfast calories and then another half an hour or two later; breaking up into smaller portions/snacks). I'm also hitting the gym whether I want to or not (and some days it's been really hard for me cause I've been so tired from running around between work and school), even if I just walk instead of run. Overall this has been one of my best weeks. I can't really think of something I've struggled on.0
