Successes/struggles this week: I fully expected a TOM weight gain this week, so I am pleasantly surprised! I was really good with staying under calories this week. I struggled with finding motivation to work out, however, because I was sick over the weekend, and got out of the habit of working out every day with 30 Day Shred after I finished it. I will be on vacation for the next week though, so if I can just maintain, I will be very happy!0 -

Successes /struggles this week: I hit my November goal early but I'm afraid to get too excited. I have a tendency of losing weight quickly at first then stalling out. Going to try to keep a positive attitude and stay consistent with my diet & workouts. I have a bad habit of losing motivation and quitting when the numbers don't continue to fall. I have to remember to focus more on good health rather than watching the numbers so closely!

Week 1: Good start to this month. On travel next week so healthy low calorie meals will be a challenge. I anticipate a weight gain but will try to keep the gain minimal.
Week 2: Back from travel today. Surprisingly weight was static so I am pleased with that. Back to routine tomorrow so hope to see some losses next week and get into the 180's.
