    Successes/struggles this week: I fully expected a TOM weight gain this week, so I am pleasantly surprised! I was really good with staying under calories this week. I struggled with finding motivation to work out, however, because I was sick over the weekend, and got out of the habit of working out every day with 30 Day Shred after I finished it. I will be on vacation for the next week though, so if I can just maintain, I will be very happy!

    Successes/struggles this week: I've succeeded at relearning what it was I've been doing to lose weight. I've had to and still have to relearn how to train and pay attention to my hunger cues; that's been my struggle for a little while now, wanting to eat everything that looks good.

    Successes /struggles this week: I hit my November goal early but I'm afraid to get too excited. I have a tendency of losing weight quickly at first then stalling out. Going to try to keep a positive attitude and stay consistent with my diet & workouts. I have a bad habit of losing motivation and quitting when the numbers don't continue to fall. I have to remember to focus more on good health rather than watching the numbers so closely! <3

    Successes/struggles this week: I been having trouble late at night. I find myself nibbling on crap. I have my mom here and it's her snacks. I know that I can do this. I need to work on willpower and have snack packs made and ready to eat. Healthy opinions.

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been super busy this week, but am watching what I eat closely. Pre-made a bunch of meals on Sunday so there would not be any excuses during this crazy week. So far haven't made the wrong choice yet and even with having plans every night this week (I hate that) still making sure I get my walk. Also, I am starting the 3rd week of the C25K. I have never gotten this far before in the program. Feeling awesome!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Struggling this week. Stress levels have been sky high and have turned to food to comfort myself. I'm really disappointed in myself, but I won't beat myself up over it. Will start logging and weighing food again tomorrow and get myself back on track.     Week 1: Good start to this month. On travel next week so healthy low calorie meals will be a challenge. I anticipate a weight gain but will try to keep the gain minimal.
    Week 2: Back from travel today. Surprisingly weight was static so I am pleased with that. Back to routine tomorrow so hope to see some losses next week and get into the 180's.
