    Successes/struggles this week: I'm thrilled with losing 3lbs. That means I've lost exactly 4 stone since 1st Jan! Joined the gym last week and it's given me that little bit of extra motivation again. Just got to keep going now.

    Successes/struggles this week: I went all week without getting on the scale. Felt a little anxious cuz I wasn't sure if was losing or gaining. Haven't been real good about getting to the gym. Hoping that is just a short lazy streak.

    Successes/struggles this week: Being consistent with my program. It's been stressful in life but I'm dealing with it, not with food. I just started a new workout program (sore this morning). This could be a reason for the slower loss. Overall, happy with myself!

    Successes/struggles this week: Successes: Made kickboxing class 4 times this week and tried to get 10,000 steps in on the days I didn't go to class. Logged EVERYTHING and weighed and measured portions. Struggles: My DD left for Navy Boot Camp on Monday. Proud, but worried about her since I won't hear from her at all for couple of weeks. Sleep has been a bit of a struggle, too, which is weird considering all this heavy exercise, but I guess that's what worry will do. Going to work on "letting go" and having faith that all is well!

    Successes/struggles this week: Hasn't been a great week. I actually gained earlier, but managed to lose it before today. I'm having real issues with self control and sabotaging myself. I started eating a filling snack about 3:30pm so that I'm not starving by the time I get home and it seems to be better. The hard part is finding a filling snack that also doesn't use up all of my calories.
    Anyway - hopefully better success next week.

    Successes/struggles this week: Excited to see the scale moving!!! Proud of healthy meal prep this week, it's really helped. Fitness could be up a bit more, but I'll take the 3 lb loss :) Hoping for the same next week, just need to keep up the consistency with the eating.... temptation is a constant struggle!!!

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm just getting myself on track and my husband hasn't realized yet that I am truly serious this time. He keeps offering me treats and snacks because he wants some at night. Hopefully he will notixe I'm saying no and leave me to it. The temptation is already hard enough!

    Successes/struggles this week: Have been doing really tough workouts this week (5 day Fitness Blender challenge) and have also been under my calorie goal every day. I've definitely passed the point where I feel ravenous all the time, and I am used to eating less now. It feels good! Next week I expect a water weight gain from TOM, as usual.

    Successes/struggles this week: I succeeded at staying in my calorie goal for sure. I lost a little more than intended at 1.6 lbs but hey, I'm not too concerned about that since it balances out the weeks where I lose less than I want. Part of what's helping me is breaking meals up into two-part meals (I.e. Eat half my breakfast calories and then another half an hour or two later; breaking up into smaller portions/snacks). I'm also hitting the gym whether I want to or not (and some days it's been really hard for me cause I've been so tired from running around between work and school), even if I just walk instead of run. Overall this has been one of my best weeks. I can't really think of something I've struggled on.
