  • I will be honest, I have done them before and found them to be a waste of my money and all they did was make me feel nauseous for like an hour after taking them.

  • I actually started this. I do one shake a day and some days do two. You can put three scoops in if two still leaves you feeling hungry. I do one shake when i get up, two hours later a snack, three hours later another shake, three hours later a snack and then supper when my s/o gets home from work. still count your calories…

  • i use one when i work out and love it! it doesn't feel like it is doing anything, then i take it off and it is soaked! i saw a big improvement within the first couple of days using it. I just got the $5 one from Wal Mart b/c I didnt want to waste my money and it works for me!

  • I have been doing them for about a month now. At first I wasn't hungry doing the shakes twice a day but recently I get hungry faster.   • I know it can be done! I have noticed a huge difference in mine in the last month or so of working out! Give it time and keep moving and before you know it, it will be gone!
  • i set mini goals while on the treadmill for myself. Like ok I can get to five more minutes if it is at 35 minutes so I am at an even 40. Or I tell myself it is at 3.75 miles I can work it to an even 4. or I burned 360 calories, what is another 40 after 360? I got this! just things like that seem to help me tremendously!
