What Sport

Strenght Training and Cardio
So when you do both on the same day, which do you do first? I really want to incorporate some strength training into my exercise routine but don't know where to put it in at. Should I do one day cardio, the next strength training, then the next cardio, ect... or do both on the same day?

If what I read is true...
So I have read multiple times that you take the weight you want to be, multiply by ten and that is how many calories you should eat. So if I want to be 175, should I eat 1750 calories? Right now mfp has me set at 1260 calories. I exercise 4 days a week and not really seeing much success! TIA for all the help!

find it discouraging at times when some one's starting weight is your ending weight goal? lol I know that sounds stupid but sometimes it just gets me down and makes me feel even worse about myself!
