  • i had a c and the other was a b! lol, i know, weird huh? but down five pounds and they seem to be evening out! my fiance not so happy bout losing :sad: them but like i said, it's a good sign that i am doing something right :tongue:
  • i do the kashi cereal, jimmy dean whole wheat bagel with egg white omelet, cheese and turkey sausage! yummy! smart ones breakfast meals, egg omelets, whole wheat toast with peanut butter or oatmeal! hope this helps some!

  • i went through this. all i was told was that since i had not been working out at all my body was adjusting to the new routine and while i was not losing weight my fat was turning into muscle. give it time and dont lose sight of your goal! it will happen!
  • i do feel like i am starving at times. i have been sticking to low cal snacks, like 50 to 100 calories, so that if i feel like i am starving i drink a glass of water and if i am still hungry can snack on a little something. i know in time it will be better and my stomach will be used to the smaller meals. good luck!
  • i do online schooling and when i read my book i will walk on the treadmill.
  • i have been doing smart ones frozen meals. they are delish and less than 300 calories a meal! affordable also. for snacks i do a fiber one bar in the morning and afternoon snack is a banana or some type of fruit. plan ahead is what i am learning! know what you are going to eat so you dont just go and try to find something.
  • i tried the wii active 1 and 2. they were ok at first but then didnt seem to do much for me.
  • they are definitely worth trying! also there are other great supplements on that site that might help! just letting you know! i take some of the other stuff!
  • if you want a great multi vitamin without the after taste and that does not make you gain weight... I suggest the Its Vital from It Works! it has a mint taste to it and I personally take it. Everything in it is all natural. here is a link if u want to check it out…
  • I watched it and really liked it! kind of opens your eyes a little bit! now if we go out i skip on the pop and side. just get a salad or hamburger and water! working for me!
