I stumbled a little bit out of the gate with my knee. But I'm back on track. I have decided that I will do the weight training with P90X and the cardio portion I will do Taebo Cardio. It's less impact on my knee but still an incredible workout. Did Chest and Back yesterday. Taebo Cardio today. Go Me.

I'm 43. People have a hard time believing it. Most people think that I am in my early 30's. Usually no older than35. Go figure. I even had one guy say he thought I was 27. Don't know where he got that number from.

I did Plyometrics yesterday. I was surprised that I was able to do it. I really messed my left knee up a few years ago and haven't been able to do any running or jumping since then. I started working out with a trainer just over a year ago and my left leg has regained a lot of it's strength back. I forgot to put the HRM on…

I'm starting the classic version today. I will be doing it in the evenings when I get home from work. Somehow doing P90X at 2:30 or 3:00 in the morning doesn't really appeal to me. :) I'll post my first days workout tonight after I pick myself up off the floor and drag myself to the computer.

I just turned 43 in January. I love the look in peoples faces when I tell them that. Most people think I'm around 30 or sometimes younger.

I weigh myself every Sunday morning when I wake up. I find weighing myself everyday is doing too much and you get discouraged easily and fall off the wagon.

Good luck to you too broaders415.

Hi Sam, Actually they call them plus points here in the U.S. but yeah, I think it's the same thing. I actually lost around 20lbs with them but like you said it's hard to follow and very easy to fall off the wagon. I returned here and found alot has changed in the past two years. So here's hoping.
