As hard as it is, just tell your mind you can't eat it! Try writing down things you need to cut out like- No chocolate, candy, ice cream, muffins, cake, pastries, high-sugar cereal, and so on.. I did this but I also cut out biscuits, fast food, and SODAS and I'm telling you, after about a week it was so much easier for me…
