  • My nutritionist got me signed up mid December, but it looks like she is only on once every 3 months. So I could really use some support too. EDIT: I think she had me signup to get herself using this site again. Don't think it's working.
  • I have the same problem with walking. Shins start burning after a 1/4 mile and then ankle locks up about 1/2 mile mark. Believe it or not stretching has really improved my distance.
