Well I have started to notice that on days that I dont workout, I usually eat light for Breakfast and Lunch, and have a big Dinner in order to stay under calorie goal. When I was younger and went to the grocery story with my mom, I use to spill all the different flavor coffee beans on the floor, and sing all the commercials to the products on the aisle, and slap raw meat and say "come on B*$%& whose your daddy" LOL!

If its going to make you happy, go for it! Just dont over do it and make sure it fits your body.

yes bodybuilding.com is an excellent one, also dailyburn.com, and when all else fails you can never go wrong with youtube. And if you're always on your phone there are alot of fintess apps that have exercise tutorials

Well this is good info, never really looked at it this way. Well I know a few people at the gym who only lft weights and no cardio at all and they say they never do cardio.

I can stant when people dont wipe off the machinces either!!!!! All your sweat is over it and you think we want to be on it touching it too! That urks my nerves!

True. Not sure if he can cook, but he isnt supplementing them for full meals, he is eating them as lunch, but he does fo to fast food places quite often, although he is getting the "healthy" item on the menu its still fast food to me.
