1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen mangos, 1/2 cup frozen peaches, a handful of spinach, a little bit of water. No yogurt required. Delicious!

How many people are expected to be there? Check to see how much parking is available because the less parking, the earlier you want to arrive. Also keep in mind the line for the bathroom will be super long! I would say be there at 7:30 and you should be fine. Good Luck!

I got Reebok Real Flex shoes last year for running and I love them! They didn't even need time to get broken in, they were comfortable from day one....no blisters!

Make a playlist of your favorite songs to listen to, or try downloading a audiobook. You will get so caught up in listening to the book you will forget you are running!

I don't like yogurt so I found a recipe that is soooo yummy and only fruit. 1 banana 1/2 cup frozen peaches 1/2 cup frozen mangos handful and raw spinach leaves water It is bright green and so healthy. I like to put frozen raspberries or blueberries in there too, but then you end up with brownish smoothie. :)

I love green smoothies, I make them almost everyday. It is a great way to add spinach to your diet without having to taste the spinach. :)

Check out Jessica Seinfeld's book "Deceptively Delicious" it show you how you can hide vegetables in foods like chicken nuggets and muffins. It was written for moms to use on their kids but hey it works for adults too! The mac & cheese with cauliflower is sooooo good, my husband likes it better than the boxed kind!

I'm right where you are. I want to get my weight in check before it gets too out of hand. I just joined this sight but it is so much better than anything I have used before. It is so easy to log food and keep track of calories in and calories out. Good luck getting to your goal! :)
