My favourite compliment, well it really wasn't a compliment. I was buying salmon and when i picked the piece i wanted the guy was like "there is no way you can eat all that" I loved it. He has no idea of how much I can actually consume.

I'm 5'8" and I'm trying to be 105-115. I don't want to be any higher that 125

My first time with my diet i lost 60 pounds but never exercised, i just ate right. But as soon as I came off my diet I gained 15 pounds. Adding exercise everyday and still eating right i managed to lose that weight again plus extra. I say both are important, maybe 70% diet and 30% exercise.
