I count carbs.just easier and less counting.my carbs goal each day is around 120. That is what Dr.Atkins recommends to lose weight healthy.

I am betting I will have to lose 38 pounds before anyone will notice. I am 238 lbs and 5'6 and half. This is excluding mom.she has been on me to lose weight.

I would like to lose 100 pounds with reasonable diet and exercise. I know that is a lot so maybe longer but really determined and motivated. I have allowed my body to become something I don't recognize any more.Hoping the real me will be seen soon.

I also got 100 to lose. Getting gym membership soon. I hope within a few months everyone can see our hard work is paying off. Good luck and i would also like to be losing weight pals.
