  • I love it. It combines 3 minutes of cardio with 2 minutes of strength trainign ( weights) and 1 minute of abs. It is VERY challenging, and I have really felt a sense of accomplioshment from doing it. I would recommend doing it 7 days before you decide if you "like" it or not.
