I just joined, now waiting to be accepted. The Biggest Loser has helped motivate me to lose 80+ pounds already and last year I did 2 of The Biggest Loser Run/Walk race series events and finished 2nd and 1st. I am registered for the same 2 races again this year along with 6 other 5k races this year. LET'S GO!!!

I still need to reach my first overall weight goal, so that is definitely on my list for next year. I may set a new weight goal, but I am right around where I want to be weight wise. I think conditioning is now in order. Reshape myself and build some tone. Other than that...just live a happier life and enjoy life...now…

I have to agree with this. Walking alone will not help as much as it will if you add in a calorie deficit. Today marks month 3 of my weight loss journey and I am 38 pounds lighter than when I started. I am on a 1,000 calorie a day deficit and walk 3 times a week at the very minimum for at least 1 hour. It's about all I can do cardio wise because I live in the country and their are no gyms around and it's hard to exercise in the house other than walking on the treadmill because everything shakes and falls if I do too much.
