  • This does sound amazing... Maybe while Gordon is doing that he'll offer to force feed you too. But on a more serious note - add in caloric dense foods whenever you can. Scoop of nut butter/oil into smoothies, etc.

  • Before you go "heavy" just make sure your form is correct so you don't injure yourself. Try incorporating some different variations of squats as well - like split squats, Bulgarian split squats, etc. I always check out bodybuilding.com for some other variations and correct form :)

  • This too - if you make smoothies/shakes its pretty easy to add in another scoop of protein powder or a nut butter.
