well boobs are mostly fat unless u naturally have big boobs. guys like legs more so u should workout your legs. girls should have them thighs for the guys

omg ive had a food scale for like a month and thought tare meant mode in another language. so i always measured everything seperate lol

you still have some fat in you. you might of hit ur goal weight but ur body fat might still not be low enough. you should try measuring ur body fat

That's how i do things too. i dont do 4 times a week nut once or twice a week. People give up on dieting cuz they get bored n i've been doing this for 2 months and ive been seeing improvements.
