It clicked for me after I started feeling uncomfortable and the weight was hurting me. Like when sitting in certain positions were uncomfortable because of my fat. Sounds awful and it was... I also felt sluggish and tired all the time and desperatley wanted out.

I agree with push ups, pull ups, bicept curls, tricept extentions.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Its all about what you eat. Everyone is different but I'd say eat more leafy greens and white protein. Eat more clean foods and concentrate on core exercises. i.e. planks, crunches, yoga, pilates

I'd reccomend bulking too.

For sure you can! TRX, Pilates, and Yoga all use your own body weight to build muscle. Even beach bodys new program PIYO proves it.

I'm 5'9'' and started at 165. I am now 143. My goal weight was 145 but its been changed to 140 since I am trying to build muscle tone.
