I have never heard of a balance disc before, so I will look into that. I have heard some people say that exercise balls help with core strength and abdominal muscles, but I just wasn't sure how true that was. They look more fun than my regular chair... Plus, I'm getting tired of just spinning around in circles ;)

I have it and I love it! I didn't experience any weight gain when I got it and I have not had any problems losing weight since I have been actively trying. The first couple of months was uncomfortable. But I do not even notice or think about it most days. I have had mine for a little over 2 years now.

I did day 10 of level 1 this morning. I still had to take 2 breaks during the workout, so I am going to stick with level 1 a few more days. I don't want to move on until I can do level 1 without stopping at all.

I am using 3 lb pound weights for now. Once I can get through the whole routine using the weights the entire time, I will probably try going up to 5 lbs. I don't want to hurt myself and have an easy excuse for skipping days! I have never had much upper arm strength, so I am struggling with just 3 lbs for now.

Search for breastfeeding under the food search. It will pull up several different ways to record the calories. That's the way I track mine :)

If you search for breastfeeding in the food database, it will give you several options that will add calories back in. That's what I do, and it works great!
