Hello, I have been printing out papers from a printer on the other side of where I work from. It's pretty awesome and a great way to get steps in. I have been packing my lunches better then running to a food truck much healthier!! walking touch bases are my favorite!

I think you can do it all you need is to figure out how to schedule it in . If you have stairs at home walk on it for about 30-60 minutes you will notice a difference. I was gonna say if you are able to wake p at 5:30 and do 30 minutes of cardio right away, and then after you come home from school and do another 30 minutes…

I am not an expert but I think it give you that calorie number because you wrote you are lightly active perhaps. I eat 1200 and I am sedentary most of the time. I am losing some weight eating this much. But I have been reading about TDEE? method also works for some people. Everyone is different try the 1300'ish calories…

You don't need to lose more weight just toning up with strength training will help. You look great regardless.

I follow the 1200 calorie suggestion but often I get super full around 900-1200 so it's different for everyone. It's only for sedentary but if you are more active should be adjusted.

Hey, it's okay to treat yourself sometimes like sundays is always my cheat day. But come Monday I try to stay at my calorie range goal. However, sometimes you can eat chips just make sure it's not too high in calories or fats.

I would say work out after an hour gives you some time. About an hour on the elliptical or treadmill will help plus some resistance.

I go 4 times a week but I do have stairs at home, so I walk an hour when I am not at the gym.
