• Hi, I have completed the C25K and was wondering if anyone went directly to the freeway to 10k instead of the 8k? Not sure which to start on next, but I hope to one day be able to run a 10k.

• I have tried almond butter and think the taste is bland and horrible, plus its expensive where I'm at. not worht it.
