I've found that plant proteins blend better than whey in baking recipes (which is all a pancake is. baked in a pan). Plant Fusion unflavored has worked well for me.

I have a severe carb (bread, sugar, I love it all) addiction so I started taking Chromium Picolinate, 500 mg, in the morning to help control my blood sugar. It has SERIOUSLY cut down on my cravings.

Overall, I think quest bars are ok but I disagree with one of the ingredients...palm oil. I can't eat them anyway because of the whey. I wish Lenny & Larry's cookies were a little lower in calories because those things are delicious!
