I agree! I'm in Houston and I'm ok because now I can wear sleeveless without feeling embarrassed.

I would be lost without my KT Tape. I use it for my PF, knee, occasional tennis elbow, among other things... I developed PF that turned into a stress fracture after going on a hiking trip. I had to wear a boot for a while and then transitioned to KT Tape when I have any reoccurring pain.

Take a look at Plant Fusion as well. It's certified Non-gmo. A lot of proteins hurt my stomach but I handle this one well.

I don't like to think about my playlist so I use Fit Radio. I love a lot of the DJ's.

It used to be sweets and any kind of bread but I take chromium picolinate to control that addiction. Now my weakness is Louisville Vegan Jerky. I can eat a whole bag in one sitting. Thankfully it's not over 200 calories and it's lots of protein.

I have this one. I love that I can take the glass off to clean. Ozeri The Epicurean LED Kitchen Scale with Removable Glass Weighing Platform, 18-Pound, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005WLPVUG/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_YHRvvb0N5XFYJ

I did back and biceps. Heavy weight, low reps, 4 sets each.

I've been a vegetarian for 12 years and have no anemia issues. I drink plant protein shakes, I take supplements, I cardio and lift and am rarely low on energy. I do take a very good multi though so that may be a big thing that helps me.

It's preworkout. The only preworkout that I feel works for me is N.O. Xplode. In fact, I'm just about to take it because I had a loooong work day and am going to need a push at the gym. C4 gets me tingly but nothing else. I want to be able to push harder if I'm going to spend that kind of money on a preworkout.

I have an imbalance in my pituitary (Hyperprolactinemia) but I've found ways to overcome it. In the past it has made me hold on to weight so I just had to up my effort. Good luck on your thyroid. Hopefully it's mild if any imbalance.

You've got this!

Biking is an awesome start! Feel free to add me. My starting weight was 205 and I'm currently at 158. 23 lbs to go and I love being motivated by those on the same path as me. I used to have a strong addiction to sweets and pastries but I've successfully overcome that though I'm around them daily.

I found my body reacts best to 25% carb, 35% protein, 40% fat. I'm a strict vegetarian. sw 205 cw 158 gw 135

I rid myself of sugar cravings by taking 500 mg of chromium picolinate in the morning. I eat fruit usually blueberries, but i no longer crave candy and pastries.

My 35th birthday is August 18th and Im 23 lbs from my goal weight. I think I'll be pretty close to that by then.

I agree. I use Plant Fusion for my protein shakes, I love Gardein, drink almond milk (either homemade or Califia brand), occasionally use Garden of Life spray B12, Source of Life liquid vitamins, snack on Louisville Vegan Jerky for a high protein snack. I've never had an issue with iron. I don't eat cereals or chickpeas…

I have a cheat day every 2 weeks but it never comes out to more than 2000 calories so its not THAT much of a cheat.

Ditto. I run & tabata for cardio, lift weights to tone. When I focus more on one or the other I don't lose inches or weight as much as when I do both. I run or Tabata about 3 times a week and lift 3-4 times a week depending on my schedule. I consistently lose around 2 lbs a week on average sometimes I lose .5 lbs and the…

I got tired of setting up playlists so I downloaded FitRadio. Its a constant mix depending on the genre you pic. You don't have to pay the $3.99 a month subscription because it just allows unlimited skips.

I love mine and find that it's accurate most of the time. During my workouts Ive wore my Charge HR and Chest strap and they were within 10 calories of each other.
-
I no longer crave sweets since I started taking chromium picolinate but for salt I do salted almonds, pickles or Quinn popcorn.

Bluebonnet is also a good one. Uses natural coloring & flavoring instead of artificial.
-
Still a work in progress. Then 205 ----> Now 161. 26 to go.

I recently found Garlic Expressions (https://www.garlic-expressions.com/). So good!

My favorite was always N.O. Xplode but they all have so many colors and unnatural additives. I'm considering making my own using caffiene, creatine, citruline malate and beta-alanine. If youre not planning on lifting you should get your energy from something meant for runners or a high sugar fruit. You dont need a…
