Been over 2 years and it has boiled down to this: I do not do drama, gossip, negativity, sarcasm, or any other verbiage that would damage another person. Thus my FL has been reduced to 28 wonderful peeps. And, there is life outside of MFP. Wonderful online place...if one chooses wisely :laugh:

You can go here and find the calories on light beer. http://getdrunknotfat.com/. I tend to stay away from the "Lites" as they lack in flavor, but Corona Lite only has 99 cals per 12 oz. and you can kill the bitter taste with a squeeze of lime. Ex Fat Bar Tender. Good luck!

You tell me. We exercise together along with the SuperWife at a nearby dog park, streams, and in our 2 acre back fenced in yard in the forest. It's the Bombdiggity! Her name (dog) is Jesse.
