Do you have any friends that you can meet up with to work out? I find the accountability helps me. If I skip a workout, I'm not only letting myself down but someone else so it is more motivating for me to follow through. Also write out your workout plan for the week (day, workout, what time). You can look up overnight oats or make a pot of steel cut oats, they reheat well in the microwave. Like someone else suggested I'm a huge fan of the egg muffins. I eat greek yogurt with granola cereal in it for breakfast and snacks.
