I am at 24 days haha! Only started on here last month though. Some awesome numbers on here, cant wait to get that many days logged.

I used to say to myself nope cant do it today, cramps are too bad. I have now realised that if i just suck it up and go for a nice long walk the cramps are actually nowhere near as bad after a walk as they were before. I think exercise honestly does help period pains.

Hi there Mine is open to friends so feel free to add me if you like. I am following a 1200 calorie a day menu and so far have lost 5 kg :) Goal is to get to between 65-70kg, am 90 at the moment.
