Same here. I only wash my hair every other day (and I wash mine more than most of my friends wash theirs). It takes WAY too long to dry and straighten it and I wouldn't do that daily! If it gets SUPER sweaty, I'll break my rhythm and wash it, but usually, I just do my really sweaty workouts every other day and save lighter…

I'm 5 foot 7 and about half way there. Being about 3 months into this life change, I already feel successful though, because I am doing it. It is doable. I am seeing results! Don't have a place to host pics, but my before / half way there pic is in my profile.

Vodka/cran is one of the snacks that is always near the top of the snack list. I like to have drinks 2-3 nights a week with the girls. Just 2, maybe 3 vodka/crans if all the kids have been picked up by hubbies. But those few hours a week are VERY important to my (mental) health, so I make them fit.
