I ended up adding 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1/4 c egg whites and it came out great! Thanks for the suggestions everyone!

I've mastered it... 1 banana 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract Dash of salt Dash of baking powder 1 tbsp of cornstarch The cornstarch thickens it up and the baking powder makes them fluffy!!!! They come out perfect every time

I just tried spiralizing a sweet potato with a vegetti and was completely unsuccessful :( now considering a more expensive one!

Stop skipping meals! Stop torturing yourself!!!! You can eat other foods. Get on Pinterest and find some recipes. Get creative. Log everything and enjoy yourself

Youtube (Jessica Smith is a fav), Jillian Michaels DVDs (some of which are in the bargain bin at Walmart), Netflix, Cablevision On Demand has workout videos, yoga, running/walking/biking, Beachbody DVDs are good workouts (but very expensive and they WILL try to get you to buy Shakeology... don't do it)

When I first started as a smoker I found walking, biking, and yoga to be beneficial for me. If you want to workout privately, I really enjoyed T25.

I drink one cup of coffee a day normally.. Haven't stopped that. I'm really confused and feel so dumb --- is what I'm doing bad with carbs? Can you give me some insight?

I wasn't given any specifics other than the guideline of eat low carb and less added sugar. I'm aiming preferably around 100-115g of carbs per day... I figured that would be a decent midline with upped protein and moderate fat. What is low carb flu?

My doctor recommended going low carb and cutting added sugar, not all sugar.

Will do... my goal is to drink about a gallon of water per day. I was very close yesterday and I've been drinking nonstop today, too. I'm pretty sure I'm eating enough as well... I've just never had headaches like this from eating healthier. It's really rough

Ugh I am having the same exact problem. At square one right now and I have horrible headaches as a result of the off-track eating. I just keep asking myself if the choices I'm making are getting me closer or further from my goals... You have to want it more than you want to eat crap unfortunately :neutral:

There's plenty of healthy options in the dining hall, you just have to find them. Personally, I couldn't go without solid food for more than a day or so before getting hangry

The only way to really know that is to go to a dr and get tested. What works for one person won't always work for someone else. We're all unique and you need to do what works for you and find that magic formula

You should be eating more. Take your body weight, multiply by 10. That's the number of calories you can eat to maintain. Subtract 500 calories. That number will give you the result for weight loss of about a pound a week, according to what I've read

Based on other peoples comments I don't need to write anything lengthy. The period of time I used this program was possibly the only time in my life that people I loved felt I was exhibiting ED symptoms. I became obsessive with it. Alright- I started C25k in the fall and it became too cold for me to continue outside- I'll start back up with it on the treadmill if that's my best bet!

So far I've only been walking. I want to improve my lung capacity (cardiovascular?) and become stronger so when I do start jogging steadily it's not as bad. Also looking to attain some fat loss
