In the end, you need to do what is going to work best for you. If you want rest days, then take them, but I'd say no more than 2 per week. Try stretching and walking on your rest days so you're staying active. Personally, I couldn't get through 30 Day Shred.. first time I got food poisoning in the middle and quit, second…

Try taking it easy and resting so you can feel better. That being said, go on YouTube and look up Walking in Place workouts. They're low impact and will probably be great for you.

Well first thing, you need to get enough sleep each night. With the exception of Wednesdays or days I have work in the morning, I'm getting 8-10 hours of sleep each night. I wake up and work out first thing and I set my alarm usually about 15 mins earlier than I need to get up so that I can still snooze. Unfortunately,…

Swimming will work every single muscle in your body and give you a cardio workout as well. I haven't used it to lose weight, but highly enjoy it as an exercise.

If you really want to feel better about it - do your new workout, go for a 30 minute walk and then do a 30 minute yoga session. At least that way you won't feel so much residual guilt about…

I've noticed that since I'm eating better and moving more I'm actually sleeping better and not waking up a thousand times in the middle of the night. That being said, I know when I don't get enough sleep it is very hard for me to function properly. I could sleep 12-13 hours if I really want to, but I usually average around…

I think the main goal here is to cut fat and gain muscle, so realistically you may GAIN weight if you start lifting and put on some muscle, but that wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if you could begin to see some abs.

Not sure about loose skin, but as a fellow 21 year-old I think that I can safely say that every person I've ever seen with a top off has had stretch marks somewhere on their body - some people more noticeable than others.. not a big deal. Plus, you had a baby so it's kind of to be expected, no?
