Chocolates, mainly Jaffa Cakes omg! or ice cream. Ill buy a pack once a month or something and eat it all in one go. Its just too easy which is why I restrict myself.

A lot. For example, I've ate fast food three times this week (yikes), but I just takes a guess at how much calories I've taken throughout the whole day and make sure that the total is what I want it to be.

Three large meals for me of whatever I like, about 700 calories a meal. I hate not eating a lot of food at once, so it has to be three. I only snack once between and its a banana.

Its all about CICO, no ways around that. Im sure all of you who've lost weight/gained weight have created a deficit/surplus in someway or another. For me, eating less added sugar seems to give me a flatter stomach after consuming, but thats about it.

Calorie counting is the only way Ive ever lost weight. I enjoy it to be honest and one of the reasons I will never stop is because I just hate not knowing how much Ive consumed in the day.

Dont eat what you want, it works for weight loss just like the twinkie diet, but it cant be that healthy. Youll be lacking in certain areas a bit and nutrients if your diet consists of mainly junk food. Im the same. Ive been on both sides, eating more and one time eating less. I felt better and recovered better eating more. I think it does depend on the illness but your body is fighting so fueling it with more energy might be good.

There are always going to be people that treat you differently for some reason. Heavy, thin and believe it or not, even muscular people get hated on but youve just gotta ignore it. Look at Rachel Frederikson, some people couldnt stop criticizing that girl back when she lost all that weight.

I think the best way is to just trial and error. Slowly cut calories and see if youre losing and how much. If youre losing too fast, up your calories.

Ive been eating 5 whole eggs a day and under 20g saturated fat a day for months. I love the balance of fat and protein in them.

How many calories do you need to maintain your weight? If you eat 1500 calories today, you'd already burn around 1500 calories without exercise if your maintenance calories are 3000. Does that make sense?

Anything chocolatey. I can easily eat two or three big slices of cake in one go. I remember a couple of months back, I ate 8 penguin chocolates in one go before which amounted to 800 calories, I was devastated. It hasnt happened again.

Regarding protein intake, 0.8g per pound is enough and I think you shouldn't go below that to be honest. Protein is important when losing weight to help you to hold on to as much muscle mass.
