If you have Publix near you they sometimes have them buy one get one free. Personally they are okay but evey one seems to love them. I actually like the corn flavor. I toast it and put a smidge of butter. And the chocolate I put a tbsp of fat free cool whip.

My activity level is sedentary so I add it but not for light cleaning, only when I do a "big" clean (bathrooms, mopping, etc.). My tank top is soaked from sweat when I am done so I know I am burning calories. Plus I only do a big clean every couple of weeks so I don't consider it "normal daily activity".

Congrats! You look fantastic! Good for you with the burning of your jeans. And don't feel bad about it. I know exactly what you mean about certain parts being more worn than others. No one would want mine either. I wear/wore them to death!!

I have the same problem with my hips. My right hip is bigger. Actually my right thigh is a little bigger too. I'm a lefty so maybe my left side is stronger and I work it out harder/differently than my right side??? I dont' know but it is strange. :ohwell:

You look great! I see a huge difference. My boyfriend has the same issue with his face and neck. I think for some people it's genetics. It came of those spots a lot slower than the rest of his body. But don't worry...you'll get there. :smile:

Ugh....I hate my back fat more than ANYTHING!!! Anytime I have asked this question I have been told cardio, cardio and more cardio. Need to burn the fat. Not sure if this is correct. I'm anxious to hear what others have to say.
