I just went back after having a baby and the burpees and HIIT have killed me! You could do some cardio tabatas on your own. And push ups. My cardio would give out before my strength did and I think boosting that and working more in the anaerobic zone before you return would help a lot!

If I can hear you through the music on my headphones, you're being too loud. My gym has a "no meatheads" policy, thankfully, and the excessively loud muscle-y guys who roar during their sets are asked to stop or leave. It's a distraction to be working out and have some guy going crazy next to you.

weird but amazing. i use it for allergies and colds. it definitely shortens the length of my colds and keeps me from getting giant sinus infections from sniffing all the time.
