  • Massive coffee drinker! I get between 1-2 litres (34-68 fl oz) a day! I also use it if I'm having a craving, I'll drink some coffee instead.

I started out at perhaps 36JJ, and now I'm at 32JJ (which is down, since the cups of 36JJ is the same as on 34K and 32KK, so I'm 2 cup sizes down, and 2 band sizes down).   • Exactly! That's what I do too - and even with things that get my pulse up, I'm extremely conservative with the time and intesity I log it as.
  • I just lather it in spices. Chili, curry, paprika, pebber, oregano etc. Delicious!
