Welcome, and thank you for sharing your story. As stated in another post, this community is quite helpful and supportive (far more so than most places online). I wish you the best in your journey.

Anyone can feel free to add me. The more support we all have on this journey, the better.

Anyone can feel free to add me. I've already found a great group of people who support me (and whom I support), but more are welcome!
-
My diary is also open to friends--it keeps me accountable! Feel free to add (anyone).

I'm glad to offer support for anyone looking for more friends. Add me if you like.

Sounds like there are a lot of great people on this thread alone. Anyone can feel free to add me. Finding support amongst friends will undoubtedly help us all achieve success in this journey.
-
Anyone who needs a motivating friend on here, and is willing to lend me a supportive comment now and then, should feel free to add me as well. I've been on here for a couple months and have found some wonderful motivation in the journeys of others.

I'm certainly willing to provide support and motivation to anyone willing to offer the same once in a while. Friends have and undoubtedly will continue to help!
-
Feel free to add me as well--I log on nearly every day and will be glad to offer some support.

I'm fairly new myself, but I've already found a lot of support and great advice in this community. I'm also quite surprised how effective simply counting calories and having a deficit works. Feel free to add me (to everyone).

I've found many very supportive and genuine people on MFP who provide uplifting words and added motivation along the way. Try to find a few of those, as it can only help you in your journey.
-
Add me if you like (same goes for anyone else). Sounds like you have been and are still going through a lot, and I'd be glad to lend some support.
-
Welcome! Feel free to add me, as I can certainly use the occasional motivation (even if it's bossy lol). I'll be happy to return the same.
-
Sounds like you're committed and ready to make a realistic change. I was surprised how helpful MFP has been. Being able to see exactly what I'm consuming was a real eye-opener. Welcome!
-
Anyone can feel free to add me as well. I always keep my food and exercise diary open, and I think there's a real benefit to conversing with like-minded people--guidance, direction, etc.
-
I've made some great motivational friends thus far on MFP, but I'm always looking for more. Anyone can feel free to add me as well.

Remember, MK, for many of us this is a lifestyle change rather than something short-term, so don't worry too much about it. Also, our bodies are highly adaptable, so perhaps you're just hitting a plateau. Maybe trying different exercises might help you continue on the right path. Just an idea, as I'm certainly no expert.

Feel free to add me, Rich (and anyone else). While our reasons for being here may all be different, we all need support.
-
It's okay to fall off the wagon now and then, but you're back on and it looks like more determined than ever.
-
Feel free to add me as well, Mary. The more people we have motivating one another, the better!

Welcome Beaches! Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm fairly new as well, but I find this system very flexible and more adaptable to real life.
-
Feel free to add me as well. I think support is a very important part of this process.
-
I could use the motivation of friends on MFP as well, so feel free to add me. Congrats on the progress you've already made.
-
Feel free to add my as well. I've only been on MFP for about a month, but it's amazing how keeping an accurate food and exercise diary changes one's perspective. It'd be nice to meet some others on here seeking out the same goals.

As said above, I drink unsweetened tea to supplement my water intake. You can make it yourself, or there are a few bottled teas out there with no extra additives.
