  • Welcome Lindsie! I lost weight at first with both of my twin pregnancies. You do need to make sure you are getting a lot of protein. Just keep trying to get protein in -- as much as you can stand. And drink lots of lots of water!

  • I'm on 1200 calories per day -- and I feel the same (some days famished). But, what I have found in that case is that if I go do our elliptical machine for about 20 minutes that either: a) I realize I don't want to waste that effort and am not really hungry anymore OR b) I just earned a few calories that I can go eat. :)
