I eat it plain. I can't imagine putting anything in it. Yuck!

I spend about $120 every other week for 2 adults. That does not include my Quest bar habit.. that's probably about $40 a month. We eat out together once a week, I never get lunch out, he gets lunch out a few times a week.

....I'm not overweight and the sample people never even talk to me. I try to avoid them, avoid all eye contact and they avoid me. Win for me, loss for them because I'm not falling for their tricks and wasting my money on something I don't need.

I'm on my second Polar HRM and love it. I enjoy watching my heart rate while I run. Though I've found that my calorie burn on my HRM is always a lot higher than what the machine says.

When my husband isn't home, our 2 dogs sleep in bed with me. When he's home, they sleep on their doggy beds in our room. In the morning we have a routine though... my husband gets up about an hour before I do. As soon as his alarm goes off and he leaves the room, they both jump right up and sleep there until I get up.

They are delicious!!! I have one every morning as a snack before lunch. I get them from GNC, they usually have a Buy 3 get 1 free deal going on.

Water is water. I drink flavored seltzer water everyday while I'm at work, helps me to drink more.

I completed the workouts last year, only lost about 4 inches but I loved it! It's the only one of those programs that I actually finished.

A Trader Joes opened in a nearby town last year, 1st one in the area. I went just to check it out but I wasn't impressed. I'll stick to my Wegmans :-)

I was on Sprintec for about 5 years, gained about 10-15 pounds. For 2 of those years I was active on here with logging and working out everyday and never could lose anything. 2 months ago I went off my BC, so I'm hoping now it will be a little easier to lose weight.

When someone doesn't wipe down the machine after they use it and people who talk on their cell phones while they work out. The other night there were 3 other people in the gym while I was there and each of them were talking on their phones.

I bought my dogs fun Christmas sweaters, they actually like them because they're warm and my dogs are heat hogs. We have some cute patriotic bandanas to put on them if they go out somewhere but that's about it.

I deactivated once when I felt I was getting too obsessive over the numbers. Lasted about 3 months without it and decided I wanted it back. Wish I didn't deactivate but just stayed away. I wish I could get back all the info that was on my old account :-/

I'm usually rushed in the morning but I've found that if I get all my smoothie ingredients ready the night before, it goes a lot smoother. I measure everything out and put it in a Ziploc baggie and put it in the freezer. Then in the morning I just have to dump out the bag and add in whatever liquid. Also, I have a 30…

My favorite is a banana, 1 cup of strawberries, 3 oz of orange juice, 1/2 cup of milk, a tsp of vanilla, a little water and a tbsp of chia seeds.

Night time is the worst for me too.. I always find myself craving salt at night. I could eat perfect all day long but then as soon as 8:00 pm rolls around, I want junk. I resist as long as I can but if I really feel like I need something, I just take a serving of crackers. I don't buy junk food.

I can't believe that there are people who would say that to someone. I could never think about making a comment about someone's weight, especially to their faces. Some people are just so rude and don't ever think about what comes out of their mouths.

This was me 2 nights ago. Felt horrible the whole time, kept getting side cramps, which I normally don't get, legs got sore quick. Just couldn't wait to be done.

YES!!! Chicken wings from anywhere not in Buffalo are just plain wrong. I have some Bison chip dip today with me to dip my vegetables in!
