Full time working mom with a 10 month old and a husband who is hardly ever home. I meal plan our dinners for 2 weeks at a time, partially prep each dinner the night before, and get my workout after the baby is in bed. Super hectic but it works for me right now.

I'm 10w5d and have gained 4.6 lbs so far. I'm trying to not gain a ton so I'm still keeping track somewhat of most of my food. Trying to get back into working out regularly.

I'm due 10/5! Since finding out I was pregnant, I've only worked out a handful of times. But last night I went back to the gym, hoping to start out this week right. Ended up doing 20 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes of walking. My dr. said to not get my heart rate above 140, it's hard to focus on that.

I don't say that I diet, I just make better choices whenever possible. I'll never deprive myself of anything. If I feel to need to do some extra working out to feel better about any possible bad food that I'll eat, then ok. It's the holiday season and I fully intend to enjoy it.

I always keep a bag of chocolate chips in my fridge. That's my go to when I need a little bit of a chocolate fix. Just a small handful is plenty.

I've been eating candy all week! I work in a doctor's office and a drug rep brought us in 3 bags of Halloween candy. I've been letting myself have 1 piece everyday after lunch. Try working on your endurance, keep gradually increasing your distance and with time your speed will improve.

I have a smoothie everyday for breakfast. My current one is a banana, frozen strawberries, handful of fresh spinach, tbsp of chia seeds, half cup of milk, and 1/4 cup of orange juice, and about a cup of water.

So far the only flavor from the new formula that I haven't liked was the Strawberry Cheesecake. But I was never a huge fan of that one.. just kind of tolerated it. I don't like pumpkin anything so I won't be trying the new one.

I definitely plan on being careful. Just from doing the Fit Test I saw how much slower I was compared to them. Just gotta keep up a pace that works for me. A 12 to a 6?! You got great results!! Did you follow the eating plan too?

I don't usually log when I go out for meals. It's not often so I just consider that a bit of a cheat meal and treat myself.
