Just checked my stock of bars; looks like the only ones I have now with the new formula is Smore's & Strawberry Cheesecake. Smore's was a favorite so hopefully I still feel that way. Strawberry Cheesecake I never loved, just bought it because it was a flavor I could tolerate. Maybe the change will make me like it better!

I used to have a gym membership but I cancelled it to try and save some money as we were trying to buy a house. It depends what I'm sick with. If it's a stomach bug I don't do anything. If its a cold/sinus thing then I try and do something light, like a slow bike ride or a nice walk around the neighborhood, just so I do something.

I got a Camelbak bottle that's 24 oz, I try and drink that all before lunch and then refill it again to go home. I try and drink a bit more on the drive and then usually drink another 2-3 at night. I love to steam my veggies and put a tiny bit of butter with some garlic powder on it. Yum!

I love them! I have 1 everyday for a snack in between breakfast & lunch, that's usually my hungriest time of the day so it fills me up. They are a little pricey but I think that they're completely worth it. I get them from GNC and have the Gold Card. They always sell them for Buy 3 Get 1 Free.

Mine swell a lot too when I run. I've started to run without my wedding rings on too because it gets so uncomfortable.

I've been wondering about this as well. So far I've just been letting the Fitbit track all of my activity and using MFP to track my food. But for bike riding I was planning on using my HRM and logging that on MFP.

For me, I think that the calorie count is a bit high for breakfast. I make smoothies every morning for breakfast and it usually ends up being about 250-300 calories. I don't like to use milk, I prefer water so I save those calories. I also love using chia seeds too.

Today my salad consists of romaine, cucumbers, tomatos, broccoli, feta, some bacon bits and a few croutons, lite balsamic dressing.

Rest days are very important for your body to recover from all the work that you have done recently. I think they are just as important as workout days. I don't ever plan for rest days. I just workout as many days as I can and use the days where my schedule makes it pretty difficult to workout, as my rest day.

I love Nike + for my runs. It doesn't sync to MFP though. I like that it has a leaderboard of all of my friends who use it also. I enjoy trying to beat them for miles ran each week :-)

I used to weigh everyday but I started to obsess over it. I've gotten myself down to getting on the scale once a week, on Fridays, and it's helped me a lot. I don't think about it as much. If anything, it's helped me to be better because I know that I have to work hard all week to see change, instead of just 1 day.
